Cute place. We went there for breakfast I had deed fried French toast so good but very greasy in some parts....oh boy was I greased up (my tummy) just use the bathroom before leaving the restaurant. Overall a wonderful place. My friends rave about Omega Coney Island and coming from NY I must say it was delicious. Our waitress was fantastic as well. Coffee smells good. I'm not a coffee drinker but everyone else is. Thank you for having turkey sausage and links. Big thumbs up for that. I don't eat pork or pork products. Please offer sugar free syrup.

Omega Coney Island is a gem for breakfast and lunch lovers, offering a menu so versatile it caters to every craving. From classic diner fare to unique twists, there’s something for everyone. Their hot dog, a standout, is perfectly snappy with spot-on toppings, paired with crispy, golden fries that hit all the right spots. The cheddar broccoli soup is a must-try—rich, creamy, and packed with flavor, it’s comfort in a bowl. Our waitress, Brooke, elevated the experience with her kindness and attentiveness, ensuring every need was met with a smile. Whether you’re after a quick bite or a hearty meal, Omega Coney Island delivers variety and quality in spades. Highly recommend!
We have been wanting to eat here for years and finally stopped. The breakfast was delicious and waitress was amazing. Loved the small town dinner feel. Glad we came and looking forward to coming back.
I’ve been coming to omega Coney Island, family restaurant for over 6 years and each time has been a wonderful! Everyone is friendly and attentive.
Edit: recent experiences have been disappointing. Quality control is no longer present, and I do not think I will be returning. Most recent I went for simply a cheese omelet. Attached is the photo of the omelet where the cheese was not melted and still cold. When I notified my wait staff I was informed that this complaint happens often, the cook staff has been told before. It was not removed from my bill even though it was not eaten and not cooked. Disappointing fall of what was once a good place to eat. Previously this was my opinion: Step back in time to more simple days. The restaurant is kept, maybe not to a perfect standard like you will often see in new age places that pop, but lack the feel of being homey. It is a well aged establishment that has tended to many customers, many of them being repeat; including myself. Up to the age of my daughter turning 1, we came here every Tuesday, because my daughter loved their grits. Seated promptly, and didn't even need to place a drink order because multiple waitresses knew us and brought us what we wanted before we could tell them. I'm not going to embellish saying the food is phenomenal; it's good, most times pretty darn good, and well priced. I never leave unsatisfied, and usually depart with leftovers. It is under new management, and many new faces from when I frequented weekly. However, I am so glad they are still around, and intend on being a loyal patron.
I got the corn beef hash (The best tasting corn, beef hash I’ve had ever) , My wife got the two eggs breakfast. The atmosphere was fantastic. The service was exceptional, and the Breakfast food was delicious. Definitely will be back here again for breakfast and definitely will be back for Lunch or dinner
